Music saved me during the most desperate times of my life. In the quiet hours of the night, I would sit at the piano and let my hands find the feelings I couldn't articulate. 

 

I never thought I would publish these very intimate pieces of my innermost feelings until I realized that these pieces have such a strong healing power for the listeners. I notated the music, flew to the Fazioli factory in Italy to record them, released the album through Prima Classic, and published the sheet music with Universal Edition. This is how "Reveries on Ivories" was born. This album is my sanctuary, a collection of 18 solo piano pieces crafted for anyone who needs a moment of peace in a noisy world. It is submitted for your consideration in the Best New Age, Ambient or Chant Album category.

 

There was another part of my life which struggled between chasing dreams and meeting societal expectations — the part that was complex and demanded a grander voice. That voice became "Dr. Clown," a five-movement symphony submitted for the Best Contemporary Classical Composition category. "Dr. Clown" is not a figure of comedy, but one of profound humanity— someone who aspires to spread happiness. I channeled my unfulfilled dream into a sweeping orchestral narrative.

 

These two works are my emotional ledger.
